Module 3 / Observation
Your number one tool in creating more awareness in your live’s is Observation. Observation allows us to see that the things we think of as reality and fact are actually perspective and perception.
Module 4 / Acceptance
To come to terms with our past we not only need to be aware of our past but also aware of how it has affected and shaped us, and ultimately, to accept it all.
Module 5 / Forgiveness
Once we have reached a certain point in developing our awareness, it is really important to begin to forgive. In every part of life, the faster we can forgive, the happier we are.
Module 6 / Intention
Intention is both how we do something and what we would like to have as an outcome. While coming up with “an intention” is relatively easy being intentional on a regular basis is much less so. Intention requires that we are present both to ourselves and the world around us.
Module 7/ Healing
Healing is often seen as the predominant effort of personal development. However, it is really only one component of the puzzle -an important component non-the-less. Healing means that we are no longer suffering from what has ailed us.
Module 8 / Clearing
Our ongoing health requires that we clear out what does not serve us in every part of our lives. We need to clear our mind, our space, our body and our emotions. Clearing exercises help us maintain our wellbeing and focus on the most impactful parts of our life.
